The mailkube waitlist is open. Joining takes a couple of minutes.
Early access is what lets us work closely with every team that joins.
What early access gets you
The whole product, with no evaluation tier: REST and SMTP, templates, tags and topics, scheduled sends, webhooks, the SDKs and the CLI.
You get support from a team that listens. Your questions are handled by engineers, and your feedback shapes the product roadmap directly: you leave your mark on mailkube!
One limit, stated up front: inbound is still in beta. mailkube parses incoming mail and delivers it to your webhook, but that path is newer than sending. If receiving is core to what you are building, factor it in now.
Why there is a queue
A closed group has been running mailkube in production for a year, and it held up. Early access is not an alpha and not a trial build. It is that same system, opened to more people.
The queue keeps that group small enough for us to stay in direct contact with every team. The first users told us what was wrong, and the product changed quickly as a result. A small group is what made that possible. Your reports are handled one by one, as a priority, by the product team.
So the queue is a bandwidth number: how many teams we can stay in direct contact with at once. It grows as the team grows, and we are hiring so it grows sooner.
How to join
Add yourself to the waitlist. It asks who you are, the domain you plan to send from, roughly how much you send, and what the mail is for.
What we look at when invitations go out:
- You send transactional or in-product mail. Password resets, receipts, order and delivery updates, security alerts, and the notifications and opt-in updates that go to people holding an account with you. Marketing campaigns are not in scope for early access.
- Your recipients have a relationship with you. They signed up, bought something, or asked for the updates. Bought, scraped or rented lists are refused under the acceptable use policy.
- The sending domain is live. It resolves, it carries MX records, and it is not a registrar parking page.
- Its reputation is clean. No current blocklist listing and no visible history of abuse.
- We can reach you. A company address or a personal mailbox both work. Disposable and throwaway addresses do not.
- We can tell what you are building. The description has to identify a real product and a real relationship with the people receiving the mail.
- Nothing on the prohibited list. Phishing, malware, harassment, illegal content.
The list is read against those criteria each time a batch of invitations goes out. An invitation arrives by email.
